Overview
Automatically create Expenses from supplier invoices by forwarding them to a dedicated email address. Beeswax AI extracts the invoice data and creates expense records for you — it is included with every plan, with no API key or add-on required. Paid and trial accounts are uncapped; the Free plan includes 30 AI-processed documents per calendar month.

Click the menu icon and select Edit Settings to configure AI processing.
Note: You can copy the inbound email address using the copy button next to it. Forward invoices from your email client or set up automatic forwarding rules.
