Overview
Global Search lets you find anything across your Beeswax account from a single search bar. Whether you are looking for an invoice, expense, quote, task, or project, Global Search provides fast results across all record types.
What You Can Search

Using Global Search
Access Global Search by clicking the search icon in the top navigation bar. Type your search term and press Enter or click Go to see results.
You can filter results by record type using the Select Type dropdown next to the search field. This lets you narrow results to a specific type such as Invoice, Project, or Task.
Click any result to navigate directly to that record.
Note: Search results respect your user role and permissions. You will only see records you have access to view.
