Overview
The Payroll Overview gives you a snapshot of your payroll at a glance. It's the landing page when you navigate to the Payroll section from the main menu.
Summary Widgets
The dashboard displays three key metrics:

| Employees | The total number of users on your account who are toggled on as employees (receiving salary). |
| Payslips This Period | The number of payslips created in the current pay period. |
| Leave Requests Pending | The number of leave requests awaiting approval. |
Navigation
From the dashboard, use the sidebar menu to access:
- Employees — manage your team, toggle employee status, and access individual profiles.
- All Payslips — search and filter all payslips across your account.
- Pay Run — create a new pay run to generate payslips for all employees.
- STP Lodgement — lodge payroll data with the Australian Taxation Office via Single Touch Payroll. <!-- /region -->
Payroll Add-on
The Payroll Dashboard and all payroll features require the Payroll add-on on your subscription. If you don't have it enabled, you'll see a prompt to upgrade.
Only the account Owner can upgrade the subscription. Other users will see a message to contact their account owner.
